Informacja do zadań 1a-1f.

The atomic volume of an element is defined by the formula

atomic volume=molar mass of the element (g mol−1)density (g cm−3)\text{atomic volume} = \dfrac{\text{molar mass of the element}\ (\mathrm{g\,mol^{-1}})}{\text{density}\ (\mathrm{g\,cm^{-3}})}

The table gives the atomic volumes of the elements with atomic numbers 5 to 19, in the form in which each occurs at STP. For an element that is a gas, the value is the volume occupied by one mole of its atoms. Where an element has a second form at STP, the atomic volume of that form is given in the last column.

these elements are gases «at STP» ✔

«the particles are far apart, so one mole occupies a very large volume»

Schemat punktowania

[1]: the elements concerned are gases. "Lower density" without the state of matter earns nothing.
