Weak acid and base calculations with Ka and Kb

Derive Ka × Kb = Kw for a conjugate pair, calculate the pH of a weak acid or weak base solution from its Ka or Kb (or Ka from pH) using the usual approximations, and convert between Ka, pKa, Kb and pKb.
